Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Think AI Works services. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.
Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Think AI Works website at thinkaiworks.com and any services provided by Think AI Works. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Think AI Works is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our services include AI automation system development, WhatsApp automation, CRM configuration, GoHighLevel setup, lead generation systems, and related digital infrastructure services.
Services
Think AI Works provides bespoke AI automation systems and digital infrastructure services on a project or retainer basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for each engagement are defined in a written proposal agreed between both parties before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project or enquiry at our sole discretion. Acceptance of a proposal and receipt of the initial payment constitutes the start of a formal engagement.
Payment Terms
All projects require a deposit payment before work commences. The deposit amount and payment schedule are specified in each project proposal. Remaining balances are due on the dates specified in the proposal. Payments are non-refundable once work on a deliverable has commenced, except as explicitly stated in a written agreement. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled. All prices are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) or US Dollars (USD) as specified in the proposal. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 2% per month.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client owns all custom code, automation workflows, and systems built specifically for their business as part of that engagement. Think AI Works retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and general-purpose tools used in delivering services. Third-party tools and platforms integrated into your system remain subject to their own licensing terms. Think AI Works reserves the right to reference the project type and general outcomes in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project commencement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information, technical specifications, and client data shared during an engagement. Think AI Works will not disclose your business information to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any data, credentials, or system access provided to Think AI Works during a project.
Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Many Think AI Works services involve configuration of and integration with third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, WATI, n8n, HubSpot, Meta, WhatsApp Business API, and others. These platforms are subject to their own terms of service, pricing, and availability. Think AI Works is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing increases, or policy changes made by third-party platforms after a project is delivered. Ongoing subscription costs for third-party tools are the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in a retainer agreement.
Support and Maintenance
All project deliveries include 30 days of post-launch monitoring and bug fixes at no additional cost. This covers issues directly related to the delivered system and does not include new features, platform changes by third parties, or issues arising from client modifications. After the 30-day support period, ongoing support and system maintenance are available through a monthly retainer agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Think AI Works provides services on a best-efforts basis. We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead volumes resulting from our automation systems. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Think AI Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice. If the client terminates a project after work has commenced, the deposit and any milestone payments made are non-refundable. Think AI Works reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if the client engages in abusive behaviour toward our team, fails to make payments as agreed, or requires us to perform work that violates applicable laws or third-party terms of service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Think AI Works shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between both parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Dubai, UAE. For clients in the United Kingdom or European Union, we acknowledge applicable consumer protection regulations in those jurisdictions.
Changes to These Terms
Think AI Works reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
